The Mountain
High above the sapphire-blue waters of Lake Tahoe, Heavenly is one of the most unique snow resorts on the planet.  Whether you and your friends come to ski from sunrise to sunset, head out to explore the new craft beer scene, or simply unwind at the hotel with people you care about.  The choices are endless. Do you ski California or Nevada?  Will it be 24 miles open wide-open groomed cruisers, 1,600 foot plunges in the double-black diamond canyons or the most outrageous tree skiing in North America? 
The terrain varies at Heavenly, with 97 trails ranging from wide-open cruisers to plunging 1,600 chutes. Enjoy the convenience of 28 chairlifts around the mountain. This includes, 9 high-speed lifts, 4,800 skiable acres , 3,500 vertical feet, 10,067 feet in elevation , ski between California and Nevada, and a train park. Heavenly has an average of 360 inches of snowfall per year.

Think about what other Ski trips you are planning, this will determine whether you buy a pass and what type of pass. Note: Beaver Creek Ski Trip in January 2024 also take the EPIC pass.

In addition to the Pre-Trip Party in Dallas before the trip, we hope to have several get togethers while at Heavenly, starting with a Welcome 'Greet & Meet', a mid-week Pizza Party, and more!

Trip insurance is recommended.  Note that "Cancel for Any Reason" payment must be made within 24 hours of initial booking and no later than when the final payment for standard insurance.

Payment By Schedule Only
To complete your registration, you will need to complete and sign the Trip Application. You will find the Trip Application here on our website, under the Trips tab or you can click the link above next to 'Additional Info'. Print it, complete it, sign it and return by mail or email. You can also take a picture of the completed and signed Trip Application - then email or text it to the Trip Leader.
Please let the Trip Leader know if you have any food restrictions or special needs.
Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made after deposit paid and prior to the first scheduled payment due date will result in a $50 administrative cancellation fee.

Any cancellation made after the first scheduled payment due date will result in the loss of all moneys paid UNLESS: 1) a wait list exists, and a “gender specific” replacement can accommodate the cancellation; 2) a wait list does not exist, and the canceling party can provide an appropriate “gender specific” replacement; or 3) the trip leader receives and signs up a “gender specific” participant to replace the canceled participant after having received his/her notice to cancel. If a replacement is obtained, an administrative cancellation fee of $100 AND the cost of an “airline ticket name change” (if one required) will be deducted from any refund to the canceled participant. When a wait list is in effect, substitutions of one’s own reservation is prohibited.

Note: The afore stated policy remains in effect when a cancellation is made as a result of a medical or family death situation which prohibits the attendance of the trip participant. Trip participants are encouraged to subscribe to a Trip Cancellation Insurance to ensure reimbursement for such situations. Reimbursement for such cancellation is between the Insurance Company and the insured and not the DSC. Work related cancellations are not generally accommodated by Trip Cancellation Insurance.
